Operator information, opt-in consent, privacy policy, and terms for SMS messages sent from +1 (855) 288-5258.
This is a single-operator, single-recipient SMS notification service. Self-hosted software running on the operator's home server sends operational alerts to the operator's personal mobile number. No commercial messaging, no third-party recipients, no marketing.
The sole recipient of messages from +1 (855) 288-5258 is the operator, Kerry Ogle, at mobile number +1 (417) 825-2982. By provisioning this toll-free number through Twilio and configuring his personal devices to receive its messages, the operator provides explicit consent to receive SMS notifications from it. No other parties are subscribed and no third-party personal data is collected or transmitted.
Messages are operational notifications from self-hosted software — task completion, backup status, deployment results, error alerts. Representative examples:
Nightly backup complete: 4m12s, 247 GB transferred. No errors.Deploy to production failed: connection timeout.Disk usage on home server crossed 80% threshold.Frequency varies with system activity; typically fewer than 30 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply per the recipient's mobile carrier.
Reply STOP to any message from +1 (855) 288-5258 to immediately and
permanently unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. The service honors both keywords
automatically via Twilio's standard handling. To resubscribe, the operator must explicitly re-enable
the service in his self-hosted automation.
The operator does not collect, store, sell, or share recipient personal data. The only personal data processed by the service is the operator's own — the destination mobile number used by his self-hosted software to send messages to himself. No marketing, no resale, no third-party sharing. Message contents are stored in Twilio's standard message logs per Twilio's own retention policy.
This service is provided by the operator for the operator's own use. There are no commercial terms, no fees, and no service-level commitments to third parties. The service may be modified, paused, or discontinued by the operator at any time without notice. Use of Twilio's messaging infrastructure is governed by Twilio's Messaging Policy and applicable U.S. carrier (AT&T) toll-free messaging rules.
